Honorable Jeffrey J. Beigel
Biography
Shelby County voters elected Judge Jeffrey J. Beigel to the Shelby County Probate and Juvenile Court following his appointment by the Ohio Governor. He also serves on the Ohio Judicial Conference's Juvenile and Probate Law and Procedure Committees and the Supreme Court of Ohio's Commission on Technology and the Courts.
He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from the Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. He received his undergraduate education from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio.
Judge Beigel has over 20 years of public service including serving as Magistrate and as an Assistant Prosecutor handling matters such as:

Family
Judge Beigel and his wife Lorie are natives of Sidney, Shelby County, Ohio. Lorie teaches music at Holy Angels Catholic School, and their two daughters recently graduated from Ohio State University.
