Molly began working at Shelby County Victim Services in September of 2025 as the Program Director. Molly was born and raised in Shelby County. She graduated from Fairlawn High School in 2002, and from Urbana University n 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She has 19 years of experience in children and family services.

Molly is the Victim Services Program Director as well a Victim Service Provider and advocates primarily for victims in the Shelby County Common Pleas Court. Molly has a wide range of duties in Shelby County Victim Services, including, but not limited to:

  • Providing 24-hour crisis response to a secured scene of a crime and/or the hospital emergency room. 
  • Assisting law enforcement with making death notifications to next of kin.
  • Notification and explanation of victim’s rights and the court process.
  • Providing court advocacy, escort and support crime victims and their families during all stages of the justice process in the Common Plea’s Court.
  • Assisting in filing protection orders.
  • Assisting crime victims at early judicial release requests including parole hearings.
  • Assistance with filing Victim Right’s forms with the court.
  • Assistance with completing Victim Impact Statements, including restitution requests. 
  • Assistance with filing applications for Crime Victim Compensation. 
  • Attending child and adult forensic interviews.
  • All agency administrative duties including fiscal responsibilities, supervision of employees, hiring, firing, training, grant writing, and public speaking. 

 

Community & Family

Molly is married to Dustin Snow. She lives in Sidney Ohio with their three children. Molly’s interess include watching her three children play sports and cheering on the Anna Rockets. She also enjoys watching the Buckeyes, Reds and the Browns.
