  • Does your county require $4.00 for marginal notations on releases and assignments? Yes 
  • What do you charge for copies made by the public? $2.00 per page
  • What do you charge for copies made by the Recorder’s Staff? $2.00 per page
  • What is your County Auditor’s conveyance fee? $4.00 per $1,000.00
  • What is your County Auditor’s transfer fee? 50 cents per parcel
  • Does your county require a SASE or postage? Yes 
  • Does your county have Registered Land (Torrens)? No

    If short recording fees, documents will be returned unrecorded. If presented for recording with overpayment, document will be recorded and the change will be given to presenter. If received in the mail with overpayment, we will return the document unrecorded.
